Here are the real estate numbers for Lafayette, LA and Acadiana for the first half of 2010. Sale were slightly up last month in Lafayette and in Acadiana.
Home sales were up when compared to last year as well with 274 homes sold in June 2010 vs 248 in June 2009.
Inventory is up in the area as there are 2435 homes available in Acadiana and 1323 in Lafayette Parish. There are currently 439 homes pending (under contract) in Acadiana and 274 in Lafayette Parish.
