Lafayette and Acadiana Home Sales for 2009

I know I’m a little late with this but here’s the recap for Lafayette and Acadiana home sales in 2009. Sales were slightly up in December with 170 homes sold in Lafayette parish and 249 in all of Acadiana.

 

If we look at 2008 and compare it to 2009, we see that the same number of homes were sold in December in both years. In 2009, the total number of homes sold in Lafayette parish was 2270 and in 2008, it was 2287. The difference in terms of homes sold was therefore less than 1%.
