2012 is off to a great start when it comes to home sales in Lafayette parish and Acadiana.
The number of home sales pending continues to steadily climb as well. As of now, pending sales are just 4 short of 700. Last April, there were 543 sales pending at this time.
Meanwhile, inventory of homes for sale remains low for this time of year. The number of homes on the market actually went down this past month.
I’m having to say it again… If you are considering selling your home, now is a great time to do it as competition is less and buyers are buying!
